How to participate?
In order to take part in the Lowest bid SMS-Auction, the subscriber needs to send an SMS-message only with digits (specifying the exact sum in Bans) which indicate a bid rate for the Lot to the short number

The message should only contain digits, with no other symbols, words or letters.
In reply the subscriber will receive a message, informing the status of a bid.
There is no limit to the number of bids a subscriber can make.
The minimal bid rate is 1 Ban, and always the bid increment is 1 Ban.
You cannot offer a bid less than 1 Ban!! You cannot also bid 1,5 Bans or 3,43 Bans and so on...
An example of the SMS-messages from the participant of the Auction (only this format):

SMS-messages sent in different format will be automatically refused by our system and the sender will receive the following SMS-message:
"The bid "XXXX" is not accepted. Please express your bid using the numbers only - the amount in bani! For example, to bid 2 Lei 47 bani you should write: 247"
In case of sending an SMS according to the above stated conditions, the participant and his/her bid will be registered in our system. After registration the participant will receive the following message:
"The bid "XXX bani" is accepted. Your ID #T00154JK7J. More SMS you send the better is a chance to win!"
ID Please make sure you save the first bit ID!
ID will be your key in the case of your victory in the auction!
The participant of the Auction will be constantly receiving additional SMS-messages containing information about bid’s status. For example:
"The bid "100 bani" was duplicated (repeated)."
"The bid "15 bani" is winning now. Good luck!"
Regardless of the bid rate, NO OTHER MONEY or IMPULSES except for the SMS - cost will be charged from your account.*
All bids and codes provided for participation in the Auction, are received by the company MOLDCELL and are then transferred to the Auction Organizer. The Organizer contacts the subscriber who has offered the winning bid rate and informs how and where he or she can purchase the Main Lot at the Minimal and Unique price. At the end of each round, other auction participants are going to receive SMS-message stating the details of the winning bid.
The Service is available only for subscribers of the cellular operator MOLDCELL.
* All the messages sent to the short number 9119 are rated
the sum 17,5 Leis (exclusive of VAT) or 19.33 Leis
(exclusive of VAT) for ALOCARD users.
* All the messages sent to the short number 9559 are rated
the sum 7 lei (excluding VAT) or 7.79 lei (excluding VAT) for
Alocard and YOYO users |
